Post-harvesting processes
  • Great care is taken for the separation of different batches of varieties and farm origins. We can provide a full traceabitity of our product, including crops geo-referencing. We can offer cacao coming exclusively from selected ancestral trees.


  • Fermentation takes 4 days, starting on the same day the beans are taken out of the pods and taking great care on temperature uniformity.


  • Manual and slow drying that takes 8 days in cedar tendals aired out by the river breeze
